Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

During periods of high demand (such as launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer due to the fact that pieces are often made to order. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are a flat rate, based on your selected shipping method. We currently ship within Canada and to the United States only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 5-15 business days after your order ships

  • United States: 5-15 business days after your order ships

Please note these are estimated delivery windows and can vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Tariffs & Customs (US orders only)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees depending on your location and order value. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

*If your package is held at customs, you may be contacted directly by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
